Best time to switch for a fresher
Hey i am a data scientist working at 12 lpa at series b service based company ,just completed 2 months rn ,right out of college, regardless to say that it's my first job What will be the ideal time for me to switch at higher pay and better company?

2 years back I was in your shoes. I was very eager to switch my job but ended up spending 2 years in my current org. I'm very glad I didn't made a switch back then because I learned a lot in this 2 years, and now my this skills can easily get a very good hike.

Ideally 1+ years atleast but seen people switch after 8 months without any consequences
Bitter but ..I think you should first focus on what you can learn and how can u better contribute to the company which gave u a chance .. you will get your answers as u go through it .. All the Best
