Best time to switch
I am unsure whether my new CTC will be considered by my future employer if I resign immediately after receiving a salary hike and bonus. Do I need to stay at Deloitte for a few months for the new CTC to be recognized? Also, will I be required to return the bonus if I resign after receiving it?

No not needed, switch after 2-3 months after you get your revised compensation letter.
