see your tech stack and your competency, better switch as early as possible coz then expectations will be less , no harm leaving late but don’t sit in comfort zone its bad ,

It is just a trap , most will be getting 5-10% hike at cl 12 . This is just a joke , better to look out , instead of realising after years I should have switched early.
