Best thing to learn

I am planning to do CCNA course but I wanted to know is there any scope for me as I am undergraduate, I am totally into NETWORKINHG, CCNA and cyber security.

Is there any perticular course from which I can enter into IT field or graduation is mandatory? Or should I take AI course.?

Does does such course without degree will it be helpful?

You should definitely go for the CCNA course. Graduation is not mandatory for entering the IT field. Focus on gaining practical skills and certifications. AI course can wait.
