Best salary for Scrum Master 9 years

Hi all, currently working as a scrum master for 2 years in Capgemini. If I switch, What can be the expected salary with 9 years or experience? I am drawing 18 as fixed 2 as variable. Is it good to wait 2-3years more in the same package as I need to stay in my current company 4-5 years so that I come as reliable to the recruiters. What you all suggest pleas?
