I would specifically recommend the Rio Yes Bank card. The reward rate is decent and they allow coin redemption against monthly bill which I really liked : https://rio.onelink.me/0D1Q/sdref

Depends.
For now Tata neu is good for any transactions above 150 until 2000
Beyond 2000, new Yes Bank rupay card is pretty dope. Then again, if you are spending 2k, why use Rupay, use best card out there
