Hi everyone, I made up my mind to resign from my current company with 3.7 YOE and 4.1 LPA . Can anyone tell me if I should resign in November and serve 90 Days NP. Is it worth it?. I mean Job vacancy will be there or not. Currently I have no offer letter
Bro your salary is too low for your experience... Look for good opportunities and change
Everyone in infy who joined as a fresher and are in JL3 and have not received promotion will have salary ranging btw 4.1 - 4.6 and it's normal in infy and yes it's actually less for that experience level
It will be there, infact it gets easier during that time to clear interviews as well cos mostly companies are on relaxed mode due to year end and 3 months of np means you'll be joining in the new financial year, so this way they dont have to pay you hike for that year hike cycle.
I am also thinking the same.
