Best rental location

If location isn't an issue in terms of commuting for work, what area is the best place to rent in Bangalore?

I would want to find nice appartments, adequate sunlight, open space etc. with some stuff around like a few cafes or restaurants.

Might occassionally want to travel to the happening spots like Koramangala, ub city, indiranagar.

But that's about it.

Cheap rent, modern spacious appartment like a 2bhk or spacious 1bhk, great sunlight.

Is this even possible?
