I’m try to get some freelance work for side income and it’s quite difficult to get freelance clients initially through portals.

I'm a newly graduate and wanted to try freelancing as web developer. I have tried Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer sites but only got one client in 3 months.

I want to know, how you people find clients and what tactics you use to get them.
