Best place to buy a 2 bhk
Hi peers,
I am looking to buy a 2 bhk in Hyderabad at 40 lakhs. I am okay with second hand also. I am from Andhra Pradesh and hence don't want to settle in Hyderabad. But the issue is there are no it companies in AP and will have to work for a few years based out of Hyderabad.
Hence not looking for long term investment but more of short term.
The issues I have seen are they are either very very far away from Hitech City or Gachibowli and then the water issue.
I would like to hear your opinions. Thanks!!

But there is no period as to when I will shift out. Hence thinking of buying as at the end I will have something to sell with the appreciation I get. Rental will just increase every by 10%
Do you know that old flats get less resale value, esp in cities which expand in all directions.
Also, what's the equivalent rent you'll be paying. Extrapolate with a 10% increase.
Calculate the difference with the purchase/EMI.
Suggestion : in your 20s, rent as per convenience. Invest in mutual funds so you get growth and liquidity.
Once you decide on career path, spouse, etc, then plonk for a house.
