Best money exchange place in Delhi for INR - YEN?
I am going for a 3 month internship to Japan this month, and I need to have some cash in yen before I go (I was thinking 30k Yen).
Everywhere I read they say airport exchanges are shitty AF, so could you suggest some good places in Delhi / Noida where they offer reasonable exchange rates and have Yen available?

I bought yen from BookMyForex, decently priced. Also you might want to increase your cash in hand. I'm sure you would have some scholarship / aid. But 30k yen isn't enough. Last time I went to Japan, I had a budget of around 2k yen per day for food,travel and misc expenses. Try for 50k atleast

Some one received cash on my behalf when I was not at home,so maybe being physically present is not an issue. Might want to confirm with customer care once ( this has really bad waiting times on call > 20 mins). I also ordered BmF card. For that they came to my home, took a pic of me with card once delivered
There is one money exchange in CP near Starbucks, I have had $ conversation with them and always got the best rates, you can check them out.

You can try BookMyForex. It's good and my friends use the same but, they charge a little extra. Also, there are forex exchange offices near Barakhamba metro station as well which you can check. My personal experience with BookMyForex is good.
