Changing organisations and hence the Mac (which I was shamelessly using for personal accounts too), needs to be returned. My windows one has not been used in years and is totally unusable.
Please suggest some really good and modern day best laptops to buy.

Get a m1 I know it's old but you can get it for a cheaper price and I'll last for 3,4 yrs of you use it just for movies , Leetcodes , and stuff. But if you want a main computer the go for m3 15 inch air maybe considering that the m3 pros are costlier
