Best health insurance for parents?

Yesterday I saw my father gasping for his breathe while carrying my bag through the stairs I quickly pitched in and took over but in that fraction of minutes I realised my parents are getting old and I need a better health insurance for my parents from the one that my company offers. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
