Best Date of the Month to Resign?

Hey

I am planning to resign this month but stuck on the dates as I don’t want much salary to go on hold for full and final settlement

Any leads would be appreciated, Thanks in advance!

My LWD was 28th of a month. I got the salary for the last month on the 31st surprisingly as per normal payroll schedule. FnF only had Leave Encashments.

It's better in next month end to get the variable pay

Yes I am aligned with this but then next to next month in November I am entitled for retention bonus and now that I am approaching 3 YOE so retention bonus will be included in my CTC But I don’t want to delay resigning anymore :/

6th to 10th

Like this you will get the salary of last month & salary of 1st week of last month will be on hold..

I tried to enquire the same from HR that when salary gets processed in TCS So he told me that it’s after 20 or 21 of every month and if you are entitled to any LWP or any dues will be adjusted the next month

However couldn’t directly ask him the case of resignation for which I actually reached out for! :/
