Fried?👀 No no. I know what Baath is.. it is not fried, nor Bafle.. idk the exact recipe but they boil Bafle first then they do something something.. while Baati is similar to roti (i guess), it's just either in Oven or Kande 👉👈

I have 2 suggestions:

Rajdhani i went there long ago and it was very good.
There is a place in koramangla called thar. I go there for thali but you can try daal bati as well the guy who runs is rajasthani so there is hope.
