Trending @Accenture; Best Company Title?

How is Accenture even getting the best company title when employees are not getting hikes or promotions from the last 2 years? The work environment is very poor, deliverables are average and there are tons of workload in exchange for pennies. It is ranked #6 in "World's best place to work". What a joke :)
