I have heard that big4 pays less in industry. But Which is the best big 4 in terms of compensation?

Or this is bcz more people are from Deloitte

I am from EY India. But I would say that Deloitte definitely pays better.

I am from PwC AC, but have to say Deloitte pays the most. The hikes are almost double as compared to other competitors. EY pays well during switch but hikes are lesser than PwC.
