Best Area to Purchase Hoke in Mumbai

I am planning to relocate to Mumbai along with my family and planning to buy a 2 or 3 BHK house. Could anyone let me know which is the best budget location to purchase it after a years time and especially it should be easy to commute to office and most of the offices which i currently or prefer in future are near goregaon, malad, bandra, airoli and vikhroli.
