Best Approach for Job Hunt and Switch
Hi Folks, I am working at TCS for the last 4 years as a Python Developer,but the problem is my project involves only automation and doesn't have Api development or database involved and hence I am looking for a Job switch just wanted to ask about the approach whether it's better to go for Job hunt after resigning or get a job first have an offer in hand and then resign ,the problem is no company is waiting for 3 months period and even if I ask them to schedule an interview with less days of notice period they are asking for Lwd confirmation mail so anyone can suggest me a good approach ?
Never lie in job interviews
If one is a good candidate, all good companies wait
Not advisable to resign and do job hunting post that, as there will be lot of pressure and one may nit be able to do good in interviews due to that pressure.

Without resigning also I am under pressure and is it advisable to withdraw the resignation if I don't get any offer during notice period please suggest?
