People are similar in all Indian MNC because they go from here to there. Policies vary from organization to organization.
You are still going to have one or more of these - toxic management, toxic coworkers, bad day to day work, toxic work environment, bad work location, unfair appraisals, low increments, unhealthy work life balance, bad food in cafeteria, commuting difficulties , the list is never ending.
Focus on what is better for your family at this stage in life.
