Bengaluru's high cost of living: Is moving to a cheaper area worth the pay cut?

With the cost of living skyrocketing in many Bengaluru, I've been considering a move to a more affordable area. BUT it would likely mean a pay cut. I'm torn between financial stability and quality of life.
