The problem is there is no alternative. T2 cities and towns do not offer many jobs. The cost of living is lesser only in terms of food and veggies. Everything else is almost similar. Companies won't offer permanent wfh as politicians and bureaucrats have invested in commercial properties in cities they will lose money.
