• Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL) breaks ground for a 2 million sq ft business park, targeting Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
• The project aligns with Karnataka's new GCC policy (2024-2029), aiming to create 3.5 lakh jobs and contribute $50 billion to the economy.
• The Business Park will be built over 17.7 acres, integrating lush gardens and green spaces to promote a balance between nature and productivity.
• The park is part of a larger development, including an education & health district, R&D Hubs, and entertainment and hospitality options.
• The entire campus operates as energy-neutral, powered by renewable resources, and has earned IGBC’s Green Cities Platinum certification.
