Benefits of C1 or below grade
Why do certain projects give preferences to lower grade employees , what and how do they (Manager or delivery partner) get benefit out of it as they will be getting only lesser revenue through these associates, pls do share your thoughts on this .
Client billing is multiple folds of the salary of the basic ninja Systems Engineer package. So, it is the difference between the billing and the salary package, this gives them the benefit.
But the same difference will be very high for an experienced associate compared to freshers or less experienced. this will be more beneficial in terms of revenue to the . Correct me if im wrong
High margins. In my project each resource is charged X amount in euros per day. The resource gets a very small % per month.
The margins are big. Handled the billing occasionally. Cant divulge the exact amount but I can say its big.
So if a costly resource is onboarded the margin reduces and higher ups lose out alot.
