Benefits at Microsoft India

Can someone tell me what are the benefits given by Microsoft India, other than stocks and other cash components?

I am interested in knowing the smaller benefits like Insurance, Food, Gyms, reimbursements, cabs, therapy, etc.

Any help is appreciated.

They’re a piece of shit. I have 3 YOE and they gave me L60. I am already an SE 2 and they had the audacity to offer me less than my base let alone my counter offer. I rejected their offer.
