
Benched and ghosted by lead
i got an offer of fte+6m intern from my college in a startup , they have extended my internship for 3 months ,in which i was assigned a different mentor,she is a technical lead initially everything went well ,she used to guide me in learning phase ,but 2 months she was mostly WFH , and dont responded to my messages, ghosting me totally , i have just converted to FTE , rarely when she came to office , i asked her upfront to take me in her project ,so i can contribute, she is always like ,i am going to talk to manager ,we will connect tomorrow,but the real thing didnt happen and i am like always calling and messaging.I am totally clueless , what they are planning to do

Why don’t you speak with your colleagues and understand if she is going through some problems of her own. You can also document your requests for work and see if you can switch to another team.
Make good use of this time to work on side gigs or self-initiated projects which are aligned to team/org goals.

yes ,i always had that in mind that she might be in a middle of her own issues,and i have used the time to work on self initiated project ,but its been long enough time ,thats why i am a bit puzzled ,should i go to hr or management bout this ?
