hi am joined lti on 27 sep after one month i go for two month project after that i come on bench now i have 48 days my bench. wheather they will ask me for resign after two month or they will allow me 6 month bench policy because i am new joiner only 4 month happen in this organization

As per my knowledge you did the first project two months ago so two months bench policy will be applied i think
