I was joined recently in capgemini.any one knows bench time period for new joiners,is it 3 months or 6months ? .can anyone confirm those who are already working in Capgemini

It depends upon your grade, usually they'll give a 4 5 months window.

But some people are saying it depends on how many interviews we have given .For example if we have around 15 to 20 interviews then HRs will ask us to resign?.Is this true?

Yes, because then they start doubting a candidate's skills, that candidate is not able to convert the interview means he/she lacking skills.
