Bench time period

Is it at risk if a person is on bench for more than a month now in deloitte? Has anyone experienced after being rolled off from a project? Please throw some light on this.

Your utilization will drop. If it is your milestone year, you might not get promoted. Mine dropped to 72% after being on bench for 3 months last year. Reach out to your managers and senior managers from previous projects to find opportunities. Identify skill gaps and upskill in the meantime. Look out for mails from L&D for bootcamps and certification programs. All the best!
