Hi friends, Currently, got got released from project due to cost cutting at client side. In TMP my profile showing release status as "vcdp" though am not able to see any ageing. Wanted to know few things

  1. After how many days ageing reflects.
  2. No of days allowed in bench
  3. In case the manager didn't respond, can we just apply leave without his approval
  4. Am a QA, will there be any assessments via hackerrank or similar. if yes , what are the consequences if failed to clear.

It would be really helpful, if my queries gets answered.

  1. Mine was reflected at the end of two weeks
  2. 35 calendar days (should have been business days but kudos to the HR dept)
  3. No. HR will go berserk. They will ask for proofs and all. Manager's approval is important

As we have to be in office all 5 days. I didn't see any no of hours recommended in the course provided by them. Is it possible if we attend for some hours and add top-up in tru time?
