They are not getting new projects and many people are already on bench. I don’t know how long they keep on bench. Can someone confirm?

If employee have less package than market standards they will retain in bench upto 6 months, if employee have high pay then 45 days only

Yeah situation is not good... My 2-3 friends are also on bench since 2 months, now HR is chasing them to resign, it is kind of silent layoff....
