Hello All, How is the pool situation in CTS at the moment . Do they have projects coming in. Are people on pool getting tagged ot after 35 days they are asking to resign.

Anyone experienced pool situation and how was the outcome?

I mean I am 25 yrs exp. M Band. Aging not started.

I'm currently in the pool, i.e vcdp but for me ADP policy is Exempted showing in tmp, i.e no ageing, and I took 2 project interviews, all depends on tech stack, btw are you experienced or fresher?
