Trending @Accenture; Bench situation
I’m on bench now starting from 10th of may but I’m hardly getting any project calls. Is there are not any requirements for java ? Or is there some other issues might be there?
Accenture will place you somewhere don’t worry..I faced same situation twice but I always got the project and a lot people I have seen a lot of people on bench and they ended up getting a project but please be open what they offer you
Actually I’m a java developer and I’m getting java support project and cross skilling project only. So that’s why I’m still on bench , last year when I was on bench I got lots of calls related to development projects this year zero calls
Afaik demand for senior resources is more atm
Go to mycompentency and therefore your respective language gives assessment...it will increase your rating on that language. ..then there might be more chance to get calls
Try a job gateway options in workday or Accenture Portal there you can check for available projects and you can apply as per your profile
