Bench scenario at Deloitte India

I want to know if you are rolled off from project in Deloitte India. How much time can you stay on bench, then too when you have recently been confirmed. Also, is there a risk of being fired?

Not sure if there is a defined cut off for things like this. I would say be in touch with seniors for any BD/ FI work, work on RFPs , PPTs and keep your work visible to seniors ( if no one responds to to the people who took your hiring interview). Also do some training/ certifications. Can also setup a connect with your counselor l. If you do this much I am pretty sure you will be alright
