Trending @Accenture; Bench resource with Redeployment mail
I’m trying all possibilities to get hard locked to any project as functional/Automation tester. I’m giving interviews, applying for projects, following up people but every time I’m facing rejection or no response due to lack of experience or not performing well in interviews or considering other resource, or client not selecting my profile. When I say that I want to learn, they are not ready to train, when I say I’m learning, they are not ready to risk, when I say I’ve learnt but long back, they are not ready to give another chance, when I say I’ve experience, they ask questions which I don’t know, when I say I’m ready to change the role, they will select other resource. I have only 26 more days left to get assigned to some project, if not, Accenture will expel me. What can I do now? I’m slowly loosing hope of getting project before July 31st. But still I’m wishing to get it in Accenture before it terminates me.
I also got redeployment mail, but got into a project within 15 days, there are no real automation projects, they want 3 and more years of experience(how can we have 3 years of experience if we joined in 2023) shitty people shitty management.... I did not get automation project hence I accepted pmo role...
Did you say no to joining any project, because redeployment only triggers , if you say no to any project
Yes, I said no.. but for shift timings and more than one day a week to office.. but that was 20 days ago, at that time I’m aware of this situation.. but later I said yes to any shift and any number of days to office in a week but still facing rejections.
Why dont you apply outside?You should have applied when you were on bench? Bench condition is the worst now...they are hardlocking people who are not willing to work and rejecting who are desparate to get a work..
