Hey Guys, I'll be going on the bench next month as the position I was hired for, my so called team was not able to onboard that client for my domain. They literally f**ked up my career here. That's the Diwali gift I got from CTS. Anyways, can anyone please let me know what all changes occur when someone is moved to the bench? Does my Home Manager changes to maybe someone from the HR department, I don't know? Can my current project's home manager assign me tasks and responsibilities even after I'm on the bench? Working hours? Leaves? Please share as much info in this regard as possible. Needless to say, I'm looking out for opportunities. Thanks!
