BENCH PPL
I am hearing a lot abt cutting the pay for bench employees. Please do reply if there is any specific period or reason if anyone knows
I am on bench because I jst returned back from ML but without any further information or notice they said about salary deduction
From when TCS is working like that???
Without any notice how can they cut the salary 😐😐😐😐
I am on bench from December and HR is pressurising me to apply leaves from December to April (loss of pay). If I do not apply then RMG will do that on behalf of me. And also pressurising me to take any project immediately
Based on your deployment index. As your deployment index goes down 85 and further more the percentage of deduction from quarterly bonus is higher
I'm bench since April..Do we have to report to office every freaking day...Or can we just enter the bench WON..someone please confirm..I'm accepting calls for Projects though..
The rule is that you do need to go to office and report to RMG.
This is something new..I am not sure if it's true
