What is the bench period of an associate joined as lateral hire whose status showing as "adp policy exempted". Please provide me information

AFAK for the first 6 months laterals would not have any problem on bench. You have to just follow the bench policies provided by them like everyday office and course completion like that.Even after 6 months allocation is not done then there maybe consequences as per their policy.
