Trending @Capgemini; Bench policy in CG?

How many months is required to serve on the bench to get a project in CG? I'm a fresher, and have been on the bench for a year after training. No project, no project experience, no learning.. What should I do? As a fresher It is very frustrating. Please suggest...

How many certificates(market required) you have earned? Why Frustration, there are so many up skilling things. Try to build yourself.

Don't worry it's rmg's job to get you projects connect with your rmg. Also freshers don't have any risk people are on bench for 2 yrs & then got project. Mostly the consultant level people go to PIP after 3months on bench because their costs is more.

Just utilise this time in upskilling or preparing for any government exam.
