Hi everyone, I joined on May 28th, 2024, and have been on the bench since then. I've received interview calls but haven't been able to clear them because the interviewers are asking for 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting, which I was trained in but lack practical experience. My staffing partner is insisting on including Unix experience in my resume, and I'm unsure how to successfully navigate these interviews. Will they fire me from the Company are will they ask me to resign?
