Bench policy
My base location is Chennai but the client work location is gurgaon, till now I am working from home, they asked to relocate gurgaon for office location for hybrid modal. If I release from a project how will they be treated on bench policy ? Is it the right decision or shall I move to the client location,please suggest.

If the client wants you in Gurgaon, it's best to move. If released, you'll follow the bench policy, likely returning to Chennai. Consult HR for clarity.
