I got released from the project last month and after 3 weeks I got onboard to another project,but I am not liking the new project. The workload is too high and the environment in the team is not good.My doubt is if I ask for the release from this team, will i be directly put into ADP or will I get at least a month or two on PDP. I am an Associate level.. Fyi.

The thing is, currently i am working on a data engineering project and I don't want to continue in a data engineering field. I am looking for a Data science project within cognizant, work for a few months and switch as a data scientist from cognizant.
What's your suggestion/advice?
Date on which release will be initiated, there will be 28 days in Project, then you will be put on PDP.
Can you please explain the process that what happens after those 28 Days. After that 28 days when will our aging starts ? Or how much days we have left with ?
Same happened with me but I will work 4-6 months in the project and then leave cognizant
On bench, it will depend , how soon you will get the project
It all depends on your manager whether he/she wants to put you back in PDP. Even release from project also the decision lies with your manager.
