I joined CG on 21st October as a B2 grade employee. I was assigned to a project and worked on it for three months. On 10th May, I was put on the bench, and my confirmation has also been completed. What is the bench period, and what are the rules regarding the bench? Also, what is the notice period after being on the bench?
