Bench period in TCS
Is it true that we have to accept a project within 2 days or will be thrown out of the company? 35 days bench period is just a eyewash?

Manytime HR don't understand your skillsets and by matching key words in the CV push you for the project, without knowing your aspirations.
And expect that you will take it or resign.
You ll be at a wrong project with less or no productivity and frustrated.
This tendency will kill your carrier and also companies growth.
