What is the typical bench period these days at infosys? Anyone who is on the bench for a long time and any action taken?
There is no such number. It’s subjective. How many interviews you have given, how many refusals are marked against your name, how inflexible you are with location, domain , tech. All that contribute to determine the bench period before you are asked to leave. I know folks who 5-6 months on bench but no questions asked
I joined 4 months back. Initially they put me into an account with production code for 1.5 months. Later they said the role is no longer available. Now again looking for the project but each time I cleared the interview, they take a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks to schedule an interview with the client. Later the client rejects me for useless reasons .
Who keeps a track of the number of interviews taken and refusals ?
