I joined Capgemini in 2022 and I was on bench for one year. I joined a project in 2023 September l. Now I am planning to switch company. So while joining the new company how does my experience count? Will they mention that I was on bench for one year anywhere in the experience letter? Can I mention my experience in Capgemini as 2years?
