Trending @HCL; Bench period

Currently I am on the bench for the past 1.5 months.can anyone knows how many days for bench periods for E1.1 band .

For ERS 45 Days, for others may be more also.

It's 90 days.. but why 45 for ERS

For ERS 6 weeks only allowed to be on bench after that anytime you may get a call from HR.

Just report to office thrice a week, or if u get mail to report 5days , report for 5 days, (6hrs minimum), no one gonna remove you or layoff you... Just upskill yourself, do some certifications like GCP ACE, CDL, you will get monthly training calender register for this, am in bench for 4 months, just assigned with project.

I have known people on the bench for more than 1 year and some near 7 months l. There is a proper date for the bench. It is based on your previous ratings and which domain you are.
