What happens if I don't get a project in 2 months?
bro they dont ask simply to resign, it depends on how many project interviews they have provided ?! if none of the oppartunities are provided to you then just raise a general query over hrss portal and have that mail evidence stored an evidence , some one will respond to the ticket and they will arrange the interview , meanwhile you update your iAspire profile in the same place you will get oppartuniteis that are open for hiring reach out to them also be in contact with your talent team and share them your resume , i will tell you another thing , each practice has broadcast DL , just dind out and broadcast your resume to your practice DL , if none of the above attempts are answered then it is bit tensed sitiation

@EnragedOak2 I think mostly they may give you some more time like additional 2 or 3 months....but in worst case they may ask you to resign...it depends on your current situation...When did you join Wipro? Have you worked in any other project here in Wipro?
I joined this October and am searching for my first project
One thing that I don't understand about Wipro or generally most of the service based companies put employees under pressure to search for projects but is it not the company's responsibility to help us get a project? If they don't have projects why do they hire? Just asking for knowledge purpose as I am really not aware of the reason 😅
Yeah. People should check all this before joining Wipro. People simply look at the CTC and join and then it's a rude shock
