I am on bench for 14 days now already feeling the heat. Attending all the evaluation calls but not getting selected on top of that getting email from Head hr compliance and governance with Up skill and deploy initiative which is mandatory and asking to complete the pre training assessment post that will have to attend training program if get 90℅ and above or which may impact employment status with TCS ..

Hi, i am also on bench. Also my base location is Mumbai but due to medical issues i can't manage to go to Mumbai but I can manage to report and work at Noida location.

When I discuss this with my RMG she is like you have to come else take LWP and in mail she loops in the HR now I have provided all the documents to hr but don't know why she keeps sending the reminder mail. I mentioned in the mail that I can go to the noida office.
I am getting the project calls but when I say I need delhi location they say let me check and will let you know.

If anyone has faced this problem, please guide me how to deal with it .
