Bench People-In how many days you are getting allocated to project .if in case you want to take any project just to avoid present layoffs.
Getting no calls. If someone tries to allocate then RMG declined and ask to take isu head approval and tnm project. That they will not give. 99.99 percent layoff you cannot avoid. Rest it's been 7 days and no call mail for me as of now.

Just sharing my assumption - before COVID other ISU/IOU rmg could not allocate you even if you are selected for the project. But after covid and till last year, restriction on cross unit allocation was lifted. I think they have brought back the restriction now. I suggest you meet with your immediate RMG supervisor, daily twice, in the morning and after lunch, and make him/her believe that you are flexible for any shift/technology etc. Your goal should be to find any project in your current ISU/IOU. This is the only thing coming to my mind. Others can suggest otherwise.

It depends totally on Project availability and your skill set. I guess.
Idk about other projects but our Project pulls in people with high talent saying a big F U to RMG.
I was released and allocated within a week to this Project. RMG was not happy but this project pulled it off super easy.
We recently allocated 2 new people to our project as well. But, the filtration process was tough. This was demanded by the Client. They wanted best of the best.
Interviewed approx 20 people and finally got 2 people who cleared Client Interview.
So yeah unless a Project wants you I think there is no call at all.
It hardly took 5 days because I refused a few which were for different office location but I had to reach out to RMG first and then only the calls start coming to me
No its not about inter BG movement ISU is not giving approval for anyone in our account you can only get allocation if you were working in some other account for the same client
Depends on your skillset. There is openings for power bi and power platform. I think people skilled in this have many openings inside and outside as well.
This is not good.All projects are not T&M .How others will be allocated then.
